    Crowley ISD will start school on Monday, August 25, 2014                                 

    REGISTRATION FOR NEW CROWLEY ISD STUDENTS


    New Student Pre-Registration is available in three options for parents/guardians: 
    • Online with our new Skyward Pre-registration, beginning July 28, 2014.  After pre-registering your child, please contact their school to request an appointment for turning in the required documents.

    • Print and complete the Registration Packet.  Each campus will be available for enrolling new students beginning July 28 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Our concentrated window for new student enrollment will be July 28 – July 31. Please contact your child's school to request an appointment.
    • Visit your local campus and complete the Registration Packet; or complete the online pre-registration at the campus. 

    Please bring the following REQUIRED items to your registration appointment at your child's campus:

    • Copy of the child’s birth certificate
    • Social Security Card
    • Withdrawal paperwork from the previous school attended
    • Proof of Residence 
      • Current Utility Bill:  Electric, gas, or water bill showing name and physical address of person enrolling student (cell/phone, cable/satellite, waste bills are not accepted)
      • Builder’s contract – signed by both parties
      • Lease agreement or deed of trust ( requires residence on property) – signed by both parties
    • Driver’s License of person enrolling student
    • Current Immunization Records

    REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING CROWLEY ISD STUDENTS

    Returning Student Registration is available in three options for parents/guardians: 
    • Online with our Skyward registration, available August 4, 2014.
       
    • Print and complete the Registration Packet and the Health Information Packet.  
      

    • Visit your local campus and complete the Registration Packet and Health Information Packet; or complete the online pre-registration at the campus. 
    Our campuses will be open, by appointment, for all re-enrolling parents after Monday, August 11 for questions and help with the online registration process.
    REGISTRATION FOR PRE-K CROWLEY ISD STUDENTS
    Pre-Kindergarten Student Registration requires certain eligibility requirements.  Please contact your campus for an appointment. Registration is available in three options for parents/guardians:
    • Online with our new Skyward Pre-registration, beginning Aug 4, 2014.  After pre-registering your child, please contact your students’ school to request an appointment for turning in the required documents.
     
    • Print and complete the Registration packet.  Each campus will be available for enrolling new students beginning August 4 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Our concentrated window for pre-K student enrollment will be Aug 4 - Aug 7. Please contact your child's school to request an appointment.

    • Visit your local campus and complete the Registration Packet; or complete the online pre-registration at the campus.

    Intermediate Campuses:
    Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

    Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
